hello all,
we are interested in assessing the impact of some
dissaggregation/reaggregation experiments on the development of the
extracellular matrix during axolotl morphogenesis and beyond. we've tried
a couple of ECM specific antibodies, with some success... but i thought i
would poll the community to see:
1. which ECM antibodies have been used successfully by any of you in axolotls
2. if these antibodies are available.
