And I am helping Anna-Lise Williamson and her group investigate the
diversity of South African genital HPVs by PCR sequencing and phylogenetic
analysis, hence the interest in new sequences (which don't seem to get
onto the databases in any sort of hurry - funny, that...).
Otherwise, working on diversity of monogeminiviruses, potyviruses and
cucumoviruses, and on mol biol of host interactions with monogeminis.
