This reference might be of interest:

Lestou, V. et al. (1993)  Non-random integration of Epstein-Barr Virus in
lymphoblastoid cell lines.  Genes, chromosomes and cancer 8:38-48

They looked at integration sites in 15 lines, and claim integration was
non-random and there were preferential sites, particularly on chromosomes 1, 2,
4 and 5.
