A one year associate research scientist position is open to study
pseudorabies virus (suid herpesvirus type 1) latency in "single reactor" pigs.
At least four years' experience in molecular virology and biochemistry
needed. The experience must encompass techniques like DNA cloning,
sequencing, hybridization and PCR. Experience in herpesvirus latency would be
advantageous. The project requires an innovative researcher with relevant
experience and primary interest in molecular virology and pathogenesis.
