Dear Netters,
I am seeking some data to build a kinetic model of the bacteriophage lambda
infection. So I have a few questions :
1- Does anybody know if any work of this kind has already been published ?
2- How long does it take to the phage to choose between the 2 possible
pathways ?
3- How many Cro proteins are there in a cell just before replication starts ?
