POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP position available immediately to study mechanisms of
lymphoid interstitial pneumonia in lentivirus infected sheep. The project
will involve analysis of pulmonary, lymph node and blood lymphocyte
phenotypes, T cell receptor gene usage, cytotoxic and proliferative
lymphocyte responses and assays for virus and antibodies in experimentally
infected lambs. Qualifications include PhD and expertise in retrovirology,
immunology, molecular biology, and/or pulmonary pathogenesis studies. Stipend
$26,000.
