I have three genes inserted into separate pYELC5 plasmid from a collaborator
in Australia. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the yeast lines
from Australia for technical reasons. Does anyone have any idea where I can
get haploid yeast lines suitable for copper-inducible expression?
