I've heard two possible explanations why the GFP
vector doesnt (appear) to work well
1. Blue wavelengths are used to make the protein
fluoresce and the wavelengths are in a very narrow
range. Try playing around with different filters.
2. The fluorescence intensity may be very low
Try using an image analysis setup where you can
amplify the signal.
