Hello,
I'm currently constructing an retrovirus vector for expressing
GFP and this thread disturbs me. Does anyone know for sure whether the
problem is at the expression level or the detection level? In preliminary
experiments, we had problems observing expression in transient
transfections, but we thought that was just a problem of low transfection
efficiency. I guess I'll just watch this thread for answers.
