I have never tried electroporation and I don't even know if Sf cells can be
transfected that way.  Is there a DNA size limitation for electroporation? 
The baculovirus DNA is about 130kb.  Lipofectin works well.  CaPO4 is less
efficient but it also works.  Good luck.
