Funny you should ask as I've been gathering some information on this subject.
To my knowledge there has never been a case of E. Zaire in the U.S.
E. Reston was found to have killed a number of monkeys at a lab
in Reston VA (there was an article in the New Yorker a couple years
ago on this). As far as I can tell there have been no further occurances
of E. Zaire or Marburg other than the ones that gave them their names.
Whether my lack of knowledge of further occurances of any of these
can be considered **reliable** or not you'll have to decide. I just
haven't run across any more information in the searches that I have made.
