For those lucky ones with Power Macintosh Tom Smith just uploaded his
MacInPlot program for visualizing PDB file and creating publication
quality images on the Mac.
It includes a TUTORIAL and allows fancy coloring, ribbon diagram etc.
The file is on my anonymous ftp site:
rhino.bocklabs.wisc.edu
and is called (full "path"):
/pub/MacInPlot/MacInPlot2.4.2.sea.20MAY94.PPC.hqx
If you don't understand the word PATH don't worry, this is WHY Macintosh
were invented!
You can retrieve it with FETCH or any FTP program. FETCH or XferIt will
DECODE it as it is transfered. Otherwise you have to decode it with BinHex4.0.
The .hqx file itself in ASCII format (which means that it contains only
printable characters).
Thank you TOM,
we all enjoy this program!
