RNA transfection
I am using reverse genetics to engineer influenza virus. The technique relies on
RNA (RNP, actually) transfection using DEAE dextran. I think this is limiting in
terms of efficiency. Anyone have experience with RNA transfection procedures
that mught be better? I know about lipofection, but have not tried it yet.
