Everything that I heard on the radio I posted.  There was the assumption
that it was a virus but other infectious agents or foul play had not been
ruled out. The movemnt of horses around the state of Queensland had been
stopped, and the affected stables quarentined, and the radio reporter took
these measures to be a sign of infectiuos agents involved in this
phenomena.
