Hi, there.
I'm interested in the influence of HPV gene product, E7, on pLCgamma promoter
activity. I think that pRB and SP1 may regulate the transcription of
pLCgamma promoter. Thus I wanna cotransfect two plasmid harbouring
SP1 gene and pRB gene into myoblast cell line.
But we have no information on such vectors.
Please inform us if you have been heard about vectors harbouring
SP1 or pRB. I'll be very appreciated.
