: I am looking for information on the effects of Rat Parvo virus on
: offspring development. Is anyone aware of fetal developmemt problems
: associated with breeding rats testing positive for parvo? Is there
: inherant teratology associated with parvo? Any input would be
: appreciated (first hand, colleague's, etc.)

Parvovirus interfere with fetal development, no teratology are associated with
these viruses. In fact parvoviruses seems to be oncosuppressive, they are able
to kill transformed cells and some embryonic cells as they are
non-differenciated.
