Hi Phillip C. Hartig:

I am working on plants genetic transformation using biolistic gun and
Agrobacterium.  I am thinking of using virus gene expression vector which
could transfer gene into plant cell without causing any disease symptoms.
I'll appreciate any advice in this regards.
