Ebola: a quick question

  That's the problem. The isolation is now gone due to the civil
troubles. The population now travels further in a week than most have done
in their entire lifetimes. Starvation of the refugees has them eating
everything in sight.

  That's what troubles me. There is a logical inconsistancy here.
