While I am sure that there will be people willing to offer advice and
help I would like to suggest that it would be inappropriate to deal
with specific cases of this sort in this forum. I would venture that
the best advice is to seek a consultation with a specialist medical
practitioner who will be in the best position to provide information
relevant for an individual patient. Well meaning but wrong
information can cause many problems.
