I HAVE A QUESTION. DOES HTLV-1, AND 2 COMPRISE THE MAJORITY OF
LEUKEMIA CASES.

K:

You might ask Dr. Martin two questions: whether these related viruses
are present in what percentage of leukemia cases by type. Perhaps he
has something written he can send you. Also, in what percentage of
leukemia cases is this regarded as a causative agent. Are there other
viruses that are suspects in the etiology of leukemia? His Web site
is at http://www.stealthvirus.com/.

The virus is present in the blood of people with ME/CFS/CFIDS/NLK in
areas where the retrovirus is endemic, particularly areas with a lot
of Caribbean Blacks, Indians, and Japanese. Probably also in China,
where it was spread by the Japanese invasion. It is not particularly
present on the American West Coast, and an attempt to replicate East
Coast research finding it in people with ME on the West Coast failed.

Dr. Martin, please correct any errata.
