HPV and computer programs

I am a student of biochemistry at California State University Los
Angeles.  My passions are bacteria and viruses.  Does anyone know of
computer programs that have simulations of the chemical structures of
bacteria and viruses.  I am very interested in Human Papilloma Viruses.
