We have some problems infecting suspension cells with Vaccinia virus.
We are trying to infect the mouse mastocytoma cell line P815, to be used in
a CTL-assay.
These cells can not be easily plated, and do not attach to flasks.
Has someone experience with infection of these cells with Vaccinia ?
Suggestions, advice and references to useful protocols are welcome !
