I am doing a speech in college about emerging infectious diseases. I've
seen many articles predicting future world-wide oubreaks of horrific
heamorrhagic viruses. However, I tend to be skeptical about that kind of
stuff. What are your thoughts? Are emerging viruses a great potential threat
to the United States and the rest of the world? What about the transportation
factor?
