I need to test some anaerobic compost for TMV.
(1) Can anyone recommend some references that would indicate how likely
TMV is to survive mesophilic anaerobic digestion and
(2) Can anyone direct me to the most efficient test procedures to detect
whether or not viable TMV is present in the finished compost?
