Hello...I am not sure if it is appropriate to ask this question as it is not very scientific....I am taking my young sister to Europe...Should I be concerned about hoof/foot/mouth or mad cow disease? We do not eat any meat and I am not planning on going into the countrysides but...we will be in London, Paris and Florence...I have not been able to find any concrete answers.
