Dear newsgroup reader,
does anybody know a good protocoll to do a plaque assay for cmv ?.
I know you need methylcellulose, wich is critical to avoid the spread of the
virus within the media.
I'm wondering also if these clellulose media is also pre-mixed available
from a commerical source.
