We are seeking a commercially available viral gene-transfer system that can
transduce adult cardiac tissue and that has an easily removable promoter (or
that is promoterless). It would be used to test deletion constructs of a
eukaryotic promter in adult rat cardiac tissue. Any information on such a
system would be greatly appreciated.
