I have to find informations about a new clinical developpement based on 2 old
articles.

First : inhibition of p53 transactivation required for transformation by
adenovirus early 1B protein - may 1992
Second : Onyx-015, an E1B gene-attenuated adenovirus, causes tumor specific
cytolysis and antitumoral efficacy that can be augmented by standard
chemotherapeutic agents - june 1997

I found documentation on PubMed about the synergetic effect of this virus and
cisplatin for treatment of carcinomas. I know that clinical trials have been
made, but I cannot find the direct application, and the present situation of
these researches. I think I am in the good way but, maybe there is other
clinical developpements I didn't see. Please make suggestions.

Thank you for your help.
