Dear all,
My research is about molecular mechanisms of anti-cancer activity of a
pure ingredient from herbal medicines. One molecule was found to arrest
HepG2 cells in G2/M phase and p53 protein level was elevated. I want to
investigate whether p53 protein plays a role in this G2/M arrest so I
need to inactivate p53 and then see what happen. So I am looking for
HPV type 16 E6 expression vector to identify the role of p53. Could
somebody help me with that plasmid?
