Hello,
Our group have recently been trying to transfect MDCK cells but the only reagent that seems to work is pfx2 from invitrogen. As luck would have it, invitrogen no longer produce pfx2! If anybody has a bottle or two of pfx2 that they would be willing to send to us (we would be happy to pay for it), we would be very grateful.
