Transfection of Cf2Th cells (canine thymus)

Hello!

is there anyone who has experience in transfecting Cf2Th  cells
(canine thymus) by electroporation? I try to transfect a quite big DNA
construct (lambda vector). Would be great if you could give me advice
(eg. suitable voltage).
