Dear Net viewers,
Sudden onset of teat swelling as one of the symptom is observed in
buffaloes in India.The disease is all most similar to
Herpesmammilitis/Bovine Ulcerative mammilitis.The onset of swelling of
teat is sudden and some times the teat is getting swollen with in 2-3
minutes while stripping the milk.The other symptoms like vesicle
formation,ulceration,scab formation,sloughing of teat etc. are similar
to Herpesmammilitis.Kindly let me know weather you have observed
sudden on-set of swelling of teat while stripping of milk.If so kindly
