I am having trouble with non-specific reactions in ELISA. I am testing
Zantedeschia tubers and some give a high reading. The same high
reading is found even if i test for viruses that cannot be found in
zants. I think that lectins are responsible. Has anybody got any idea
of what sugars these lectins are binding to?
