There is a saying that
opportunity is trouble in workman's clothes, or something like that.
I found a wonderful career out of my biotech post-doc. After dealing
with male-domination on the workplace just one too many time,s, I
began an information retrieval consulting business for the biotech
community and found that the same males who did not listen to me bofefore, suddentlyy found my input valuable. Just a thouygght.
