I must agree with Marivonne in that Erika's insensitive remark took
away from the context of her letter...must admit that when I read Erika's
letter I was disappointed. She clearly misunderstands her position in today's
world and just how important it will be to remain aware that her success in
science or any other field will not only be dependant upon her acheivements but
also on the acheivements of women as a whole. I am fighting the urge to flame
at length...so I leave you with that. M. Palacios
