We would like to do some cloning on the bacteria/yeast shuttle vector pAAH5.
Unfortunatly, we know only very few rwstriction sites of this vector.
Could someone provide us with a detailed map of this vector?

Do you know of another (better) shuttle vector (e.g. YEp24) containing the
ADH1 promoter/terminator?
What are the actual nucleotide position of the terminator sequence in ADH1?
