Having lost my cheap usenet access (yes, I'm still here, just 6000 miles west
of where I was) I'm now using gopher to read the bionet. Not great, but
keeps my volume of email down to a manageable size, so gopher is another
option for those of us who are network-challenged.
better ideas welcomed!
