Hello,
I am a member of a group at Boston University which works to develop
curriculum, software, and experiments to be used to educate highschool students
about chaos (dynamical systems, mathematical/natural fractals, patterns in
nature, etc). We are preparing a booklet for highschool teachers and students
that is to serve as a "where to start" reference. We would like to include a
list of "internet resources" such as ftp, gopher, and WWW sites which have
textual information, pictures, programs, or other information on our topics.
We would also like to include a list of people who are accessible via the
internet who are working in this area.
Any help in compiling this list would be appreciated. Please do not
send me specific information such as fractal pictures, instead send me
information on where and how to locate them. I realize that there are many
sites with some information. I am not attempting to list every possible site,
but instead ones that have been especially helpful to others in their own
internet searches for information on chaos.
