Dear women:
I'd like to get some feedback from anyone who has seriously considered both
academic and industrial routes for their career after getting their PhD.
My field is cell/molec. bio. and I am a returning student just starting a
program this fall. What are the pros and cons of each? Is a post-doc.
required for an indusrty job? What can a person do while in grad school to
facilitate the eventual job hunt?
