I just started reading this newsgroup today and I'm already excited.
By way of introduction, I'm a graduate student at the University of
Maryland Medical School and I'm working in the area of insulin and IGF1
receptor signaling and signal transduction.
I just read Sherry's reply about her career switch from benchwork to
