Suggestions for science career alternatives

Hi,
There are the standard alternatives which require more education:
MBA, Law Degree. But there are opportunities available in editing for
journals or for some more creative positions in education.
Now I don't mean teaching in a classroom, although that is also an
option. You don't need a teaching certificate to teach in private
schools which are one of the few places that can afford to hire a
Ph.D. in the first place! But there are positions in public relations
at universities who need people to run press releases, news
conferences, and take care of TV crews that come by for coverage.
There are also positions at museums in generating shows and displays
and running demonstrations or classes. Particularly if there is a
childrens' museum they need people to run tours with the kids. Good
luck in your job search!
