Senior position with worldwide, multisite responsibility:
Develop and implement process that will fully establish worldwide
stability program/procedures for marketed drug products. Key
responsibilities include team leadership, mentoring, training and
partnership with subsidiaries in the stability function. Knowledge of
data assembly and reports for submission to various regulatory bodies,
including the FDA, are important responsibilities.
Skills involving communicating, persuasion, team dynamics and
multifunctional interaction are crucial. A strong technical background,
with experience in stability and knowledge of modern methodology are
required.
