People can be fantastically stupid. In the UK there is a man who
regularly takes companies to court for racial discrimination. He
submits two _identical_ CVs, one in his own name and one in the name of
a white woman. Then, if 'she' gets an interview and he doesn't, he
takes the company to an industrial tribunal. He represents himself at
the tribumals and has made tens of thousands of pounds from the chronic
stupidity of personnel departments. (And this despite the fact that the
employers association of the industry he works in has circulated a
letter to it's members warning them to watch out for him!)
