Does anyone know of any resource that lists the maternity options for women
given by biotech companies. I was recently told at an interview in the Bay
Area that I would receive 6 weeks unpaid leave. I thought were was a family
leave act?.
Companies do not include this information on the employee benefits pages on
their web sites or does it count as short term disability. I hope things are
not as dismal as they seem or I do have to move back to the UK to receive
paid maternity leave and a company crèche?
