I apologise if this is the wrong newsgroup, but if it is, I'm hoping someone
may be able to guide me to the right person. I need to know if many infants
born in the UK or any where for that matter with fetal membrane attached to
their heads survive? Also, if some do survive, what type of scarring is left
and is there any mental or physical disability caused?
