ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - MOLECULAR BIOLOGY - NEW FACULTY POSITION

The Department of Biology seeks to hire a full-time, tenure-track
individual with a specialty in Molecular Biology.  Ph.D. is required.
Preference is given to individuals who have experience with eukaryotic
systems and who specialize in environmental or developmental areas.
Candidates with a human or animal model focus are particularly
desirable.  This faculty member will develop one (or possibly two) upper
level laboratory courses stressing modern molecular concepts and methods
as well as teach introductory level biology.  Saint Mary’s College is an
undergraduate women’s college with a liberal arts tradition and
affiliation with the Roman Catholic Church.  Please send by December 1,
2002, curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching and research goals, and
