We have fixed this problem a couple monthes ago.
The problem was caused by the numerical errors
from the arccosine function when resolving the matrix
with special angles.
Have you downloaded the updated codes "rotate.s"
from the X-PLOR www home page at "http://xplor.csb.yale.edu",
or by ftp to "xplor.csb.yale.edu" (login as anonymous and email
address as password). Looking for the directory
"/pub/xplor3.1fixes/various".
Please let me known if there is still a problem with the
latest codes from "xplor3.1fixes".
