Brookhaven awk script?

We are developing the pdb submission and validation tools
associating with the current PDB depositing format for X-PLOR.

There are some script files available (check our X-PLOR www home page,
axel's group, people/jiansheng_jiang), but these files
are running with the new version of X-PLOR (later than 3.1).
A pre-released version for the purpose of depositing coordinate files
may be available at Brookhaven.
