Refining waters on a symmetry axis

Dear netters,
	I'm sure this is something that I should be able to easily find,
so I'm presenting myself as vulnerable flame-fodder:

	I have a water on a twofold rotation axis.  Do I give it an occupancy
of 0.5 and fix its position (and if so, how)?  Or is there another way?
