How does one deal with the error message:
%HBUILD-ERR: some parameters unknown -> terminating
%DIE-ERR: subroutine DIE called . Terminating
during H-build? Hydrogens were built for several hundred residues of protein.
The error apparently occurs during the processing of a ligand which was defined
explicitly and which requires new parameters, which were provided. There are
no other error messages and no parameters are explicitly identified as being
missing.
